I got on the web site and sent out a request for 10 quotes. Worry Free was not the lowest price but they were competitive. I contracted them and paid the $150 deposit on 9/16 telling them the car was available for pick up on 9/22. They did not find a transporter willing to pick up the car in 12 days. I canceled the order. They never contacted me with any update on the pick up of the vehicle unless I contacted them first. They were honest though and did return my deposit. Diane told me that in order to assure the car was picked up immediately after waiting 10 days it would cost an additional $250.00. I found another transport company that picked the car up the very next day for $50 more than Worry Free had originally quoted. If Worry Free disputes this review I have the emails to proove my statements.

The normal time frame for pickup is 1 to 10 business days. Sometimes it does take a few days longer depending on the move. Mr. Kraus's move was unfortunately one of those. We did not have time to call him every day with an update because we have so many customers. We call when the vehicle is assigned to a driver. Customers are welcome to call anytime to check status. Since it had taken 12 days to move the vehicle I offered Mr. Kraus the rate that is standard for expedited service.....$250 to be picked up in 3 days. This money goes directly to the driver NOT to Worry Free. We all use the same methods to find a truck. Chances are if Mr. Kraus had waited one more day we would have found the same truck another company did. Pleasee feel free to contact us to discuss this or any other matter.
