Worry Free transport gave me worries and stress

Worry free Transport is one of the worst companies I ever dealt with in my life. They contracted to pick up my car in 3-10 business days. When my cars were not picked up for more than 10 business days I called them and asked why. They told me they are still looking for a carrier.
When my cars were not picked up for almost a month I called again. Once more it was the same story, they are still looking for carrier and added if I wanted to cancel the service with them I can.
I cancelled the service, got new company, and my cars were picked up the next day.

After cancelling the service this company was not even refunding my money. They were always saying a refund will be done this week or in a day or two. This went on for more than 10 days. After filing a dispute with my credit card company they refunded part of the charges and they said the rest of the money is non-refundable fee even though they have a “Money back guarantee”.

The people at Worry Free Transport were very unprofessional. Once a customer service representative hung up on me after I told her I would file a complaint and she said that she did not really care.

Wow…Worry Free Transport did not pick up my cars for almost a month and caused me so much stress about my cars sitting in a different state, unnecessary rental car expenses, and a higher cost to another carrier. I can go on and on, but I will stop here.

After reading my review if you still want to use this company then best of luck to you. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Deepak Arya did place an order with us July 27 to have 2 vehicles moved. We called drivers and added a bonus and still did not find a carrier within 10 business days. Mr. Arya called on several occasions to check staus. He became very irate and angry when told we had not found a driver. On one occasion he used excessively vulgar language (including name calling) which led to a hang up. Each time that he called in he was offered his deposit back....he did not want that. After cancelling we refunded his deposit on 9/5. On 9/7 (after he knew he was getting his money back) he called his credit card company to get a charge back from them. So he knew he had gotten $200 from us but now is trying to get American Express to credit another $200 to his account. Working with Mr. Arya was an absolute nightmare!!!
