After calling to say they had a carrier ready to pick up my vehicle two days prior to the date I stated it would be avaailable I had to turn it down. That day was the day my area had a record snowstorm overnight that would be the most destructive in western NY history. Three days later the snow was gone and I called worry free and let them know it was available. I wanted to have them pick it up before I left NY but as it turned out a carrier wasn't available untill after however it worked out well as I took the car to my frends place for pick up. The carrier they found was very professional and expedient. I would gladly use them again.
