Anxieties relieved about shipping a car

We have never had to transport a vehicle before. Leading up to selecting Worry Free Transport, we contacted five other transport companies. Their prices varied from $595.00 to $1600.00. Several of them wanted payment in full BEFORE they even assigned it to a driver.

We shipped a 2004 Saab to our daughter in Oviedo, Florida via Worry Free Transport. Because of a major snow storm and the driver coming down with the flu, the car arrived several days later then first projected. But arrived safely and in good condition.

Worry Free Transport required a $100.00 down payment when we contracted with them. The balance was due upon delivery in the form of a certified check or cash.

The driver was courteous and informative. He gave us his cell phone number and we were able to keep in touch with him at all times. When he delivered the car to its destination, the driver called to let us know he had just delivered to car to our daughter and apologized for the delivery delay.

We also had contact with Worry Free's employee, Jessica, who addressed and resolved any concerns we had when the car was delivered a few days later than expected.

If we had to ship another vehicle, we certainly would select Worry Free Transport.
