Good company but car took forever to arrive

This is my second time using Worry free and I've recommended the company to many friends who have used them as well so overall I have a pretty good impression of the company but I was a little disappointed this time.

2 cars shipped from LA to Miami for 1400 - > great price
Communication from Worry-free: Excellent (Diane, Jessica)
Communication from driver: Sometimes good sometimes bad - > unpredictable

Pickup: We had some critieria that based on pick-up date, the location of the car would change. Diane responded to my emails even on Sundays and always called me back so that was great. The company GB truck lines came to pick it up on the day that they said it would, pick up was smooth.

The Transport: Nightmare... and although I agree that we can never tell when a truck breaks down, it never the less cost us 900+ dollars in rental car fees which we had to eat up... ouch*
The driver tried to call to change his delivery time 5 times and the last few times we couldn't even reach him, we just had to assume that since he didnt call, we weren't getting our cars which makes it very hard to plan your next rental. To give him credit, he did email pictures of the cars after the 1st week of delay. But after that his voicemail box was full and he didnt call back. Worry-free even had trouble reaching him but when they finally did, they tried hard to keep me informed on my delivery status.

The delivery: I had to travel out of town by then and thank God my bf was in town to pick it up otherwise, I don't know what other kind of hassle this would have caused. Cars were delivered in good condition.

Conclusion: My confidence in the company has dropped simply because as a car transport company, even though the actual carrier is another company, you're responsible for what kinds of people you hire. If his car was stuck in West TX for 2 months, what would have happened? I would have liked worry-free to take a little more responsibility in what happened, I know they dont reimburse rental cars but after being delayed for such a long time at least try to see if another carrier can pick up the cars and deliver it faster. That extra step is what will set you apart from other companies. However the one thing I really do appreciate is the great communication, that's what saved this experience from being a fiasco.
