On-Time Service

Like most of the other companies worryfree also does not commit to pick up the vehicle within a stipulated time. But they were able to find a carrier for me pretty soon and was able to get it on the carrier without any hazzle. The carrier promptly delivered the vehicle on time. There was no damage and the vehicle was safely delivered.

The only place where worryfree fell short of service terms were,
They did not return my call to track the carrier status.
The truck driver who delivered the vehicle did not bother calling me a few hours before he reached the destination and ended up coming in the noon when I was at office and it was impossible for me to get out at a notice of an hour.

The driver agreed to deliver the vehicle at office location, but then demanded more money than what was billed for. Not only was he very rude he could hardly speak any english.

On the whole I am happy with the logistics, but not quite satisfied with the way the truck driver's schedule was managed.

We offer all customers the industry standard average pick up time frame of 1-10 business days. The customer was informed of this information before booking their order. Like virtually all brokers, we cannot guarantee specific pick up dates but will try to work as closely as possible to the customers schedule. Again, we return all voice messages and emails ASAP; I can find no record of a message to check status of this order. ALL CUSTOMERS please feel free to contact us any time for an update - if your car has been loaded up, we can contact the carrier for you to check status. We are sorry the driver demanded more money on delivery - this was done without our knowledge, and we STRONGLY DISAGREE with the actions of the driver in that matter. The driver / carrier company signed a rate agreement stating they would take $345 COD on delivery from the customer. The other $100 is our brokers fee (according to the price listed here that matches the quote number given). Should a driver ever request a higher rate on delivery, we ask that customers contact us IMMEDIATELY. Thanks for your posting! We look forward to your future business with Worry Free! Jessica @ WFT
