I wasn't going to even bother writing a review after an aborted attempt to use Worry Free, but this is information that I think people should know about. After receiving a very reasonable quote, one of the lowest overall, I decided to give them a shot at transporting my late father's classic restored Chevy pickup to me. I placed my order online, then received an invoice the next day confirming receipt of my payment. Then I waited...and nothing happened for more than a week. I finally contacted them via email and when they finally got back to me, the said they were going to offer a bonus, and gave me the option of matching it, which I did. Two more days passed, now two full weeks later, and I decided to cancel. I will say that they were prompt about refunding me my deposit, but that was about all that happened right with this thing.

My main problem with Worry Free was a lack of communication and slow response times to emails. Like others have said here, it's almost like they take your $100 and their job is done. I just never felt like they were trying very hard. Also, I think they low-balled the price, which was a lesson learned on my part. For just a bit more $$ another broker had my truck scheduled with a carrier in three days, and picked up and on the road in five!

I wouldn't say don't use Worry Free, but if you are even a little bit picky about communication and updates, they really don't excel at it. Also, don't always go with the lowest price, it may not be enough to get your car moved at all.
