Very happy with the transport of our Hyundai from DC to CA. Pick up and delivery of the vehicle were on time and professional. The vehicle was undamaged. We were told to provide a 10 day window for car pick up and the car was picked up on the first day of the ten day window. I would have preferred something closer to the end of the ten day window, or a narrower window of time to work with, that is my only complaint. Questions relayed to Worry Free Transport were promptly answered by email. We were notified 1 day in advance for the exact pick-up and delivery date and time of the car. Everything went very smoothly, I would not hesitate to use Worry Free Transport again.
