First of all the pickup of the vehicle was on the exact day it was available September 10th. I had expected a 3-10 day latency so when I was told my car could be picked up on the exact same day it was available, I had to change the date. Jessica from Worry free was very courteous and patient. Bakers Auto did the actual transport and both Jeanie who corresponded with me over the phone and David the driver was very good at informing me of the exact progress. The Driver called me a few days before the pickup and then kept me updated a day, a few hours, then right before he made the delivery. I was nervous about the whole car transport thing but I am very happy at the quality of service I got for such a reasonable price. I will definately recommend this company and will use them on my next move!
