Mr. Conway placed his order with us on July 1. Normal pickup is within 10 business days. This being the 6th business day, Mr. Conway was not happy with the way his move was going (I personally do not think any co could make hime happy). He was not eligible for a refund because the 10 business days had not been met. Since he was so unhappy I refunded his deposit anyway. The minute he found out his money had been refunded he came to this site and wrote this outlandish review. I feel he is being totally unfair.
