Worry Free was my first contact with my move operation.
Ashley was very professional and had a quote right away.
After my order another nice employee(forgive.......I forgot her name) called back and confirmed the order, date estimates and cost.
I gave the company my credit card number and Worry Free took what I assume to be their fee, with the rest paid on delivery to the contracted company.
My initial quote included all of the above so I am not concerned how it was divided up.
My only concern is for Worry Free. They put me in touch with a great company and it would make sense to call them directly if I needed car moving service again.
Worry Free might be a victim of their own outstanding service.
