I had a contract stating that my truck was to be picked up on June 1 2009 and when I had not heard from anyone by 3 pm I made a call to the company. I was told the truck would be there in 48-72 hours. I was not going to be available then which is why the agreed upon time was so important. I explained this and was told that if I gave him another $100 dollars maybe they could have a truck there. I stated that I would be willing to give the driver the extra money if he showed up and the person on the other end of the phone hung up. I would not recommend this company.
