A BIG, HORRIBLE Headache

They offered a below average offer to attract and that should be the first sign of unprofessional people. They are polite at the beginning as soon as they get your credit card number. Then, you'll be lucky to get somebody live to talk with. After I learned that they charged my credit card without the permission I came in this site and read the reviews. I called them immediately and told the first person who answered the phone that I wanted to cancel my order, which I was lucky not to have signed. As soon as I told him I want to cancel the order, he hang up on me. I couldn't talk to them anymore. They kept rerouting me into messages after messages, press this and press that, automatic responses, which kept bringing me back to the same place over and over again. They did not even tell the carrier that my minivan was wheelchair accessible and had to be transported in a flatbed vehicle. The carrier did not come to pick my vehicle up because he needed almost another week. The carrier was a good guy but they are horrible.

No matter how much pressed you are in time, come to this website and read the reviews. I wish I had known about this site before I made the order.
