I was moving from California to Colorado to start school. I contacted this company in February (weeks in advance) to be sure my Jeep would be transported in time for classes to start. Damien told me the car was guaranteed to be sent on time. That date came and went, with no phone call. My plane flight was the next day, so I called multiple times and never received a response. When I did get through, I was told my call would be retutned and it NEVER was. For those who expect communication, pickup promptness and follow-through, make sure the company is legit and BBB certified before losing $175 on a bogus deposit.
