Damage to automobile

Though the car arrived dirty I expected it to be as it travelled from the west coast to the east coast. I didn't expect it to be damaged. I called to report damage while the transporter was still there. I spoke to Mr. Joe at that time and he instructed me as to how to file a claim. The transporter was very helpful in instructing me in how to properly fill out and file a claim. I have provided World Wide with the before photos of my car by e-mail and the photos I took at the delivery of my automobile. I still have not received any e-mails from them. The only contact I have had has been with Mr. Nesbit and the only information I have received from him when I call him is, "It will take 60-90 days" What specifically will take 60-90 days I still don't know. I have been told that they have received my e-mails over the phone but none of them have been responded to. I also went out and obtained two estimates of the repairs as instructed by Mr. Nesbit during our second phone conversation, scanned them and sent them via e-mail also and still have not received a notification back via e-mail as to whether or not they have been received. I am just asking for a little more feedback from them on whether or not the information is being passed along to the claims department or whomever it need to go to and how the claims process even works for that matter. As it stands I have only been told verbally that my information has been received. I don't if it is still sitting in someone's e-mail in box or if it is being processed adequately or not.

We have been working with the carrier to resolve this issue. It is a process but I can assure you we are on it. We will be calling you with an update this afternoon.
