This company SUCKS and LIES

My truck broke down about 325 miles from home on Christmas day(Dec 25). Had the truck towed to the towing company and asked them if I could leave it there until I could get a transport company to pick it up and they agreed with a $20.00 a day storage fee. I contacted got a quote from Worldwide Auto Transporters on Monday (Dec 29) I put up my credit card for the deposit and was told that the holidays would not slow down the transport time. I waited till after January 1st and called back and was told that because of the holidays that they had no drivers but was told that for certain it would be in the next 48 hrs. I waited three days and still have heard nothing from this company and have already racked up almost $200 in storage fees. I call Allen again b/c he will never call me back and I was told that it was in scheduleing right now and be expecting an email in an hour well, 4 hours go by and nothing so I call him back and he tells me the driver wants more money $75.00 to be exact so I tell him ok but only if it is done today. I wait and wait and once again nothing so I call and they are closed. I call the next day and ask what is going on and he give me another line of BS and so I ask him why he never calls me bcak and tells me anything and at this point he is VERY RUDE (I had him on speaker phone so everyone else heard him YELL at me "There is nothing to tell you". I told him to cancel the order and he said "fine, whatever, you are canceled". I called another company and within 24 hours my truck is back home with me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH.

We always are happy to have customers review our company. We all know there are 2 sides to every story. Sometimes its next to impossible to satisfy every request in business however we definitely do our best. We operate within a 92-95% satisfactory range which is far higher then our competitors. We transport around 1000 vehicles a month and have positive results for 920-950 of those vehicles. Thats satisfactory in anyone's book.
