Horrible Customer Service- Be aware

There is a huge lack of professionalism with this company. They gauranteed a pick up date w/ "no problem" and then last minute I found out they didn't even have a carrrier. When I found another company to use they let me know World Wide Auto Transport put a quote out for $900.. of course they couldn't find a carrier. When I called to cancel they replied with "marvelous". Horrible company w/ horrible customer service.
Also, when I mentioned the fact that I would be flying out and needed to have my car shipped before that. Chris reccomended I leave it in the parking lot w/ the key inside. I said well what if it gets stolen and he said the theif would have to be pretty savvy. How savvy would they have to be to take a car with the key inside it in a parking lot...

I am sorry for your experience with our company. We will address this promptly. We do operate within a 92-94% success rate within the industry. We are servicing nearly 10,000 customers a year so there will always be some issues that come up. Unfortunately, bad press is always reported first.
