Horrible Customer Service

The quote and price were great, yes. What it cost me was almost a month in a new city without a form of transportation.
When making the order I was told that the car would be picked up within 2 days of the first available date. I left Florida with the understanding that my car would be picked up very shortly. A week went by and I called during business hours and was put through to voicemail. I left a message but never heard back. I called again and was told that their records showed my car being picked up on the 18th. I assured them that it had not, and was still sitting in front of my apartment. AGAIN I was assured it would be picked up shortly. By the second week I was getting annoyed but was told that they had located a carrier and it would be picked up soon. I never heard back.
It wasn't until I said I was going to go with another company that I finally spoke to the carrier. AJ Carrier was wonderful and in constant contact with me. World Wide was the worst customer service I had ever recieved. If you can go a month without your car, feel free to go with them. If you want to be ignored and lied to, choose this company. If not, pay the little bit extra and go with a reliable source.
