DAMAGED MY CAR

I had a car shipped from the St. Louis, MO to Valencia, CA. My car was damaged in route by their driver. The company claims that they are not liable. I have before and after pictures of my vehicle but the company has deferred me to the drivers insurance company. The contact Gavin appeared to helpful at first but has never followed up or offered to make things right. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! BEWARE!!!!

We have reviewed this case as promised and turned in all your documents to the carriers insurance adjuster. A claim has been initiated.
