This company did not deal honestly with me. They said they would pick up the car sunday or Monday. Its the end of the week still nothing. They changed the price and raised it from their original quote of $900 to $1100. They also rarely answer the phone, return voicemails or emails- only by the initial contract signup. The contract states I must give them 7 days to find a carrier to pick up the vehicle before I can request a refund for the deposit. I was not told that over the phone-they had told me they would pick up the car in 2 days. So they underestimated the quote giving me an unrealistic number to tie me in to signing the contract with them. I called up a different company called "magic carpet auto transport" they do not have me sign any contract until they arrange a carrier with a specific date to pick it up. Even then they don't charge a deposit until the car is actually picked up unlike the first company I used whom charge their broker fee just to agree to look for a carrier. So yes, the second company is more expensive but they were honest with the price upfront and I don't need to pay until they deliver their services. I plan on reporting this ''world class auto transport'' as a scam company, because I don't believe in it.
