First of all I read this websit for reviews because I was so bombarded with emails after I sent out the request for a car transport quote.
My experience with Wise Auto Shipping was great from pick-up to delivery.
When I first spoke with Michael Ceja the vechicle relocation agent he was very friendly, patient, and answered every question I had. The car was being transported from Los Angeles,California to Houston,Texas.
I told him that the car is ready for shipping Monday and then he called and told me Tuesday that a transportation company was in the area and could pick up my car. Wow that was really quick!
Michael Halton of Jackson Transportation went to pick up the car Tuesday night and the car was delivered in Houston safe and everything intact on Friday afternoon. When the car was on the truck Michael Ceja and Michael Halton. both called the same evening and gave me a delivery day for Friday the same week. Michael Halton called me the evening before and gave me an estimated time of delivery for Friday afternoon. Michael Halton. called me again when he was 30 minutes away and he truly was a very friendly and nice man. The Jackson Transportation company should be happy to have someone like him representing their company. I'd also like to mention that the truck driver hurt his hand and it was all bandage when he deliverd my car but was very professional and true to his word in the time and day he would deliver my car.There were no hidden fees at the last minute I just paid the balance of transportation bill and drove my car away with my sincere thanks.

I will defiently use this company in the near future for our next car move. I have already referred Wise to my family and friends in Cali.
