My car was picked up on the first day that I requested. There was a little confusion between Wise and the company that actually picked up the car, but it did not cause any issues for me. The people picking up the car had to walk from a main road to my vehicle because their truck was too big to come down the streets. They delivered it to my front door in Florida on the day that I requested. It was very dirty, especially the windshild. The interior had some smudges, but it all cleaned up without any stains or problems. I was worried about shipping my car and I investigated many companies. I chose Wise because they had an A rating with the BBB. They were the only ones who did. I was happy with the cost and the service I received. I even recommended them to my son for shipping from California to North Carolina. That cost turned out to be much more than what I paid and because they use many subcontractors, he can't be guaranteed he will get the same good results that I did.I would use them again.
