Wise quoted me with a price of $475 which was well below the other companies. Take it from me don't let price be your determining factor. Wise was simply unable to get my vehicle picked up. I waited tell day 8 before I requested my refund. See the problem which Wise wouldn't disclosed to me is that they couldn't find a driver to pick up my vehicle for that low ball price. Yes it's well below the market value but they couldn't find anyone to take. Since they have a somewhat guarantee pricing they will do they best to honor that. Which is not good in all cases. In some cases it hurts the customer." This price listed here by Wise Auto Shipping will be the total cost to ship your vehicle door to door. This price is based solely on the information you provided, in terms of year, make & model of the vehicle(s), as well as the point-of-origin and destination. This price includes pick-up, delivery, fuel, tolls, taxes, insurance, and special conditions. Wise Auto Shipping ensures that this is the price you will pay, and not a penny more." - Wise Auto Shipping(this is copied and pasted straight from my contract email) If they really would like to guarantee a price then they should come out of their own pocket once they know they can't find a driver. Therefore the driver,customer, and Wise Auto Shipping will be satisfied. I mean Wise are the ones who are quoting the price. Customer service a complete mess. How do you have on your website " Call us anytime - We're here 7 Days/week" then they never answer the phone. Although when setting up the shipping arrangement they were always available. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying they are a bad company but they could be better.
