Good service some improvement needed

I have recently used the service of wise auto shipping for transporting a car from Milwaukee to connecticut. My overall experience of the service is good. However, there are some areas in the process could be improved. Firstly, I would like to talk about the good experience for this transport. (1) The website for wise auto shipping is excellent. I have all the information that I need from there. Also, the website has a very nice format, it gives a higher confidence for the company to me. (2) The online ordering is easy and convenience. I can provide all the information to wise without a phone call. Once I registered in the homepage, I have received the service contract almost immediately. (3) The rate that wise provided is one of the most competitive among the one I search. (4) The E-mail update from wise is acturate and on-time. (5) The deliverary is also on-time and the driver is extremely friendly and helpful on answering any questions that I have for the transportation.
Although, there are some many good points from the above mentions, there is a couple areas that I think wise can improve. (1) The pick-up time for the vehicle was delayed. Not only the time is off, but also there was little information on what wil be the estimate time for the driver to come. I virtually stay at the pick-up address for the whole day and eventually, the driver failed to come on that day. The driver came in the next day morning instead. I do understand that there are traffic delay and other reason for this, however, it was not a nice experience for me to keep wait and wait for the whole day and the plan for my day is done. It will be great if wise could provide a more acturate time for pick-up and keep informing the customer if there are possible delay. (2) Another point I would like to make is that the customer service is excellent except on the off-office hour. Since my move was in the mid-west and wise is in the west coast. There were time that I got no response when I call the customer service on the phone. It will be great if wise could have a truelly 24 hour phone service in case of delay, which was my case.
