I contacted the company on 12/29, and put in an order in the afternoon on the same day. I did not expect anything would happen until on or after 1/2. I gave the first available day on 12/31 regardless. They contacted us on 12/30 to pick up the car, and picked it up on 12/31. It was delivered to us on 1/5. The car was cleaner than I expected, and there was no damage.

Nathan was good. He did not push me to make a decision, and he was very helpful. I felt very comfortable. Initially I did not believe that $475 could do a good job because other companies' quotes ranging from $650 to $700. Nathan gave me a very reasonable explanation why his price is this low.

I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.
