I submitted my order on November 19th, 2008 it is now January 5th, 2009, and my vehicle was never picked up. These guys are terrible. I called several times to verify the status of my order and I was told there was work in progress. Finally, they contacted me to tell me my order was cancelled. I later found out that these guys are actually only middlemen and are not even auto shippers. Do not use them.

Mr. Risch is correct, we were/are having issues getting his vehicle and others picked up on this route due to weather conditions, holidays, and route closures. Although, he is not being completely honest. First off all, yes he did place his order on November 19th, but did not schedule pick up until the the 13th of Dec. We Guarantee pick-up of our vehicles within a 10 day window for Standard Shipping, which put his scheduled pick-up window from the 13th to the 22nd of December. Therefore it has been 14 days delayed, rather than the 30+ days which Mr. Risch is accusing. Secondly, Mr. Risch accuses us of misleading him into believing that we are the actual Carrier Company rather than a Broker. This could not be any further from the truth. We are very upfront, and proud to be broker in this industry and would never try and mislead anyone to believe differently. The fact of the matter here, is that the vehicle was not picked up within the Guaranteed Window mentioned above. This is something that Wise Auto Shipping hates to see happen and take great measures to ensure that it happens very seldom, if ever. Although sometimes it is completely out of our hands. In the case of Mr. Risch, he booked his order in November and scheduled for pick-up starting on the 13th of December. Unfortunately, with the weather conditions, road closures, and the holidays fast approaching it was impossible to find a carrier on this route during these dates. When Mr. Risch was informed of this situation he became irate and impossible to work with. He was informed that not only were we waiving our broker fee, but were going to pay any additional cost to expedite pick-up. Yet, there was nothing that we could say or do to convince him that we are doing everything in our power to transport his vehicle. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and are sorry to lose Mr. Risch as a customer. As you can see from our reviews, this issue is very rare with our Company. We are very proactive in getting vehicles moved in the time frame that our customers desire and will continue to do so. In this industry, sometimes there are factors that we cannot control and all that we can promise you is that we will handle the issue better than any company in the industry. Although in some cases customers are not reasonable and we cannot please them no matter what measures we take. Our ratings and company growth will continue to prove the we are the most respectable, reliable and honest company in the industry.
