Some will wonder how come I gave 5 stars even though my truck got in late and dirty; the guy got stuck in a blizzard, and they courteous enough to give me daily updates on the situation and location. No one can guarantee the weather, so I wont hold that against the broker or the driver. Otherwise, everything went smooth, very respectful and no hidden surprises. They actually called me to ask if they can pick it up early instead of just showing up.
