After reading stellar reviews when I began the process of looking to ship 2 cars and a Harley from Colorado to North Carolina for our relocation, I chose Melanie because of all of the 5 star reviews I saw online. Melanie did NOT disappoint. From our first phone conversation and email, to placing our "babies" on "the board", Melanie checked in with me regularly to make sure we still had the timing just right. (When I first contacted her we still didn't have solid dates; I was just getting estimates). When I told her it was time, the process was seamless. She took care of EVERYTHING! In a situation where so many things are a cause for stress, (Uprooting our lives, buying a home in North Carolina from Colorado, selling our home in Colorado and packing) Melanie made shipping my beloved older (but valuable and pristine American Muscle cars) across the country much easier than I had expected it to be. Not only did she do the "business" side of things with integrity and professionalism, she checked in with me and talked me down from the ledge a couple of times when other areas of my move were getting a little scary. Never once did I worry about shipping my cars and Harley. Everyone we dealt with when the actual shipping process happened was professional, courteous and comfortable. Our cars arrived safely in North Carolina in less than a week, in the same pristine condition they were in when we watched them pull away in Colorado. Melanie got my cars safely to North Carolina, but with her personality, compassion and heart, she will also be a friend for life! Use Wheelsup with NO doubt or worries. Melanie's got your back!
