I was very aprehensive about this process since it was my first time. Melanie at Wheels Up Transport was so knowledgable and I did extensive reviews online about transporting my vehicle. It was such a long process. There were so many companies to check on. Many of which had numerous complaints on the BBB site. After extensive reviews I decided to give my business to a brand new company that didn't really have any reviews with the Better Business Burea or even here at transport reviews. My reason was because after doing research and speaking with Melanie on the phone she was extremely sincere and all the information she had given me about the process was true. I verified it online. She talked with me several times without trying at all to pressure me to choose her company. She also answered all the questions I had and was so polite regardless of the fact that she knew I was in contact with numerous other companies. She explained that she only uses carriers with A+ ratings and I was extremely pleased with the service of both her and her carrier. He was polite and called me several times during the transport to give me an update. Sometimes you need to take a chance on the underdog and thing really do pan out. Thank You Melanie!
