my car got picked up right on-time around 7,8 days after the earliest pickup date. The arrangements took a while because i was planning on shipping my car from the Midwest to the US/Canada boarder up in Wash. state. But it was kinda hard to find a carrier so i decided to ship my car to Seattle so more potential carriers would be interested. And Sue was very helpful in doing all the arrangements and changes. I ended up shippin my car in an enclosed carrier and it arrived in Seattle in less than a week. The car was in the same condition as i left it and i was very satisified. i would use this service again for sure
