Our experience with Wheeler Shipping was seamless. Sue was highly responsive and very easy to reach - I called her a couple of times very early in California, as we are on the East Coast, and she always picked up. We had a few special requests - a very gentle delivery of an antique car, and some complex coordination - the car to be picked up was at our elderly Aunt and Uncle's, so we needed Sue/the driver to call us with all coordination even though we were out of state - no problems. Very quick pickup and delivery, (2 days after order and 2 days delivery) and although there was a slight misunderstanding regarding the quote and what we owed the driver, we called Sue when the driver delivered the car, she recognized the mistake, admitted it was hers, and refunded us the difference (and she did it very promptly). Totally honest organization, great customer service, I would never want to use anyone else for auto transport.
