Sue is amazing! I think she works 24 hours a day. I contacted a lot of companies, but they weren't able to give me an exact date of delivery, or even confirm a pick up date. I had to schedule a last-minute pickup, and Sue was the only one who was able to do that. Representatives from other companies were reluctant to narrow down the windows for pickup and delivery. I was told that the availability of drivers could not be checked until I'd placed the order. Sue immediately got back to me with a list of drivers, without even taking my order. She's available for most part of the day.

I was out of town when the delivery took place, and the driver needed cash / cashier's check. I had left behind a personal check. Sue arranged for a credit card charge for a little extra fee, and bailed me out. This was close to the middle of the night.

Oh, I got the best price quote from her, by the way.
