The whole process was a pleasant one. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive , a fair quote compared to others i had in hand. Since this was my first ship, all questions were answered honestly and in quickly by Sue. Had a day in mind, she called back said had a trucker lined up if i could do a few days early, so i said go for it. Greg? at rooster trucking picked up car. Called about 7 days in , said he would arrive on wed, would call an hour out. i agreed to meet him at a local home depot cause my street not easily accessed. He was there when he said he would be the car unloaded, took about 5 mins checking car and signed as was on my way. The whole process was a pleasure.
