I had an order standing for 3 weeks with another company (Express Auto). After getting fed up with the bull they kept handing me every time I called them, I called Sue for a quote. She was a bit higher, but after paying cash for a car and waiting 3 weeks, I didn't care...I wanted my car. While I was on the phone with her she made a phone call to a driver that had called her to fill a spot on his truck. She had not even booked the order yet and she was trying to fill it!! Unfortunately, he had already filled the spot, however I was impressed with her right away. I cancelled my order with Express and signed up with her. That was Wednesday morning. By that NIGHT she called me with a driver! The car was picked up Saturday and delivered to me Monday afternoon. In less than a week, Sue accomplished what Express had been promising for 3 weeks. She is definately a go-getter. The communication was top notch. She provided me the contact information of the carrier. From there, the carrier company (Shadow Trucking) was a dream. This guy was awesome. David called me when he picked up the car to let me know that he had it. He was extremely polite and took great care to get my car to me. The whole experience between Sue & David was great. I just wish I had done my homework in the beginning and found Sue first. If you want an honest hard working person to move your car...she is the best. She does what it takes.
