I called Sue later in the day on Wednesday, October 5th. I signed the contract and had it faxed that night. The next morning she called me and told me she had a trucker. I asked her if I could add a second car for a total of 1505, 250 to her on my credit card and 1255 to the trucker COD. We agreed on the amount and the trucker accepted. She signed a contract with the trucker. Sue worked with the trucker and me so the whole process went smoothly. I talked to her 3 or 4 times on Thursday and Friday and she was always very accomadating. The trucker called me on Friday afternoon at 3:00 upon arriving at the impound lot in MD to pick up the cars. My mother was unable to meet him there due to the time constraint of when they closed the lot at 3:30 and the distance she was away. It was also pouring rain. The trucker decided to stay over the weekend and meet her at 9:00 am on Monday. He was couteous and patient with the whole situation. We could not find the keys to one of the cars, so my mom had a wreaker disconnect the driveshaft on the car to steer it on the truck. My mom said the process of loading the cars took over 3 hours. The trucker arrived in Iowa on Wednesday evening and called me 2 1/2 hours before to tell me when he would be arriving. He was courteous and kind hearted and the cars arrived swiftly. I could not thank Sue from Wheeler Shipping and Mike, the trucker, enough for all of their hard work.
