While the quotation and the formalities of booking were done over the internet, we had specific issues that we hoped would be addressed, e.g. no one might be available on the delivery date to accept the car. Sue Wheeler and I spoke. She figured out a way to manage the delivery in an workable fashion. She made excellent arrangements all around. I would definitely use Wheeler Shipping again.
