I contacted Sue Wheeler after being "strung along" by another company for close to 3 weeks. I was within 10 days of my departure from NC when I contacted her. Needless to say I was getting a little nervous about my CJ5 making it to AZ at all, and assumed my requested timeline would be impossible to meet. Within 48 hours of talking to her I had a carrier "locked in" and even with the short notice she managed to ensure that my vehicle made it to my destination on the date I desired. Sue answered all my questions and provided excellent guidance. The driver that picked up my vehicle was prompt, friendly, and very thorough. My vehicle arrived with no problems, and more importantly no damage. I highly recommend her if you are having a vehicle transported.
