Weston Imports are Rip-Offs

Wanted to hire Weston Imports to transport a vehicle for me that I bought over the internet. Called the company and spoke with Owen Jackson. We discussed a pick-up date and I paid a $225 deposit (if a company requires a deposit, it's a good sign they are rip-offs). Discovered two days later that the car will not be released on the date we had hoped. I called Owen left him several messages that the car is not ready to be picked up. Never received ONE return call from him.

Get a call from the dealership stating that Weston imports wanted to stop by and pick up the car - explained that I had tried reaching the company, but to no avail.

I called Weston Imports EVERY day for four days, multiple times through out the day and left numerous messages for Owen. I NEVER received a call back from him. I even left a message on the "customer service" line voicemail. NEVER got a call back.

My husband called on the 5th day got through to a "customer service" rep. This person put him on hold for more than 5 minutes and never came back to the phone. At that time we had had enough of the horrible customer service we were receiving. I called Owen for the last time and left voicemail stating that I wanted my deposit back because we were going with another because of the way we were being treated this so-called company.

GUESS WHAT?!?! I get a PROMPT return call from Owen profusely apologizing that he had NOT received any of my messages that was left on his voicemail and that he's been in the office everyday and for some odd reason did not get ANY of my voicemails just the one where I stated that I wanted my money back!

In talking with Owen the truth started slowly leaking out... first he had gotten NO voicemails, then he suddenly remembers me calling and leaving a message that the car wasn't ready to be picked up. I think Owen should do a better job of practicing his lies before returning any phone calls.

Owen states that I want my money back I have to talk to Anna in customer service. So he transfers me to Anna. I explain the problem to her, she puts me on hold a few times to talk with Owen, she comes back with many excuses as to why I can't have my deposit back. She contradicts herself many times with her excuses, she's getting her answers reasoning mixed with the truth and what she wants me to believe what the truth is. She says that Owen wasn't in the office to receive any of my voicemails (which Owen himself told me he was in EVERYDAY), I should have spoken to someone in "customer service". I explained that we've called customer service and left a message, my husband was put on hold for over 5 minutes by someone in customer service, etc.

In the end, Anna said that I could not have my deposit back and that was end of it.... or so she thinks!!

Do yourself a favor and NEVER hire Weston Imports to do any transporting for you, unless you love horrible customer service.
