I have used Auto Transport off and on for 11 years and this is by far the worse EVER!! This was a horrible experience! They lied about being at the designated meet place which was supposed to be Wallmart at 8 am. We were there at 7:30. The lady we were in contact with regarding the transport lied and said the driver was behind Wallmart Supercenter. Little did she know I had previously contacted Walmart management and they confirmed no transport of any kind are allowed behind their store for many reasons. One, interference with their shipment. Two, it's against store policy.
They unloaded our car prematurely, drove it five miles to a tow yard and has no remorse for the inconvenience caused, Thank God the tow yard only charged us for one day as opposed to a three-day weekend issue caused by this company.
They displayed no remorse and accepted no accountability for the issues they caused.. Rather than apologize and be decent Deb(not sure if that's her real name) was very confrontational, rude, loud, and extremely unprofessional.
I could write a novel about this horrific;y stressful experience but hopefully I:ve gotten my point across.
IT COST ZERO CENTS TO BE A DECENT HUMAN BEING AND TAKE LITTLE TO NO ENERGY TO BE KIND EVEN IN STRESSFUL SITUATIONS. BAD ATTITUDES ONLY MAKE THE SITUATION WORSE.
