The company first gave me a quote for pricing and then an "expected" delivery date. On the day of my car pick-up, the company decided to add an additional $200 to the cost stating that the price is a quote and it changes depending on the availability. Fine. They then tell me on the date of my expected delivery that the car will not be there for another 6 DAYS because of poor communication between the brokerage company and the delivery company. Upon calling customer service to ask about the status they decided to literally scream at ME over the phone and then hung up IN MY FACE after I asked them politely to lower their voice and stop yelling. I have honestly never experienced such poor customer service in my life, I would leave them a 0/5 if that were possible.
