My experience was similar to the Mercedes owner below. The driver damaged my car taking it off the truck, admitted it was his fault, and then West Coast Auto Transport completely avoided taking resposibility. They would not return calls, they lied about not receiving claims information that was sent by certified mail, and were basically a bunch of crooks. My insurance company has been after them for more than 6 months and they are just basically avoiding all attempts to contact them at this point. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT YOUR CAR. YOU WILL BE SORRY!
