Since this was the first time I had shipped a car I was pretty nervous about all the things that might go wrong. To my great relief, however, the whole process went smoothly and efficiently. My car was picked up on the estimated date and the driver was able to find a convenient parking lot for loading the car onto the truck. He was respectful and was careful loading the car. He contacted my son (the recipient) on the estimated delivery date and was able to drop the car off very near my son's apartment. My only quibbles are that the car's exterior was quite dirty and the delivery did not take place until after midnight.
