I hired Webster to haul a trailer for me from Georgia to New Jersey. So far after taking the $100.00 deposit and over 30 days passing, the trailer is still to be picked up. Wayne made plenty of excuses, said it would be picked up soon every few days when I would call. Eventually after passing the 7-10 window on day 13 he said it could be moved SOONER for MORE MONEY. He had already passed the pick up date and he wanted more money to get it moved sooner? Needless to say I passed as he said it would be picked up within a week. I needed this trailer for business and did not expect a 7-10 day window to turn into past 30 days. Wayne does nothing but make excuses and like many others on here said, is quick to lose his temper and say you are being unreasonable.

It is unlawful to contract with someone at one price and then raise it to get the job done. I am orchestrating a class action lawsuit against Webster for get justice for all the customers they have scammed. Everyone seems to have the same story regarding this company and I myself am not only out my trailer, but nearly $400 so far in truck rentals to take the place of the missing delivery. Please contact me here if you have been scammed and are in search of justice.

I am sure a rebuttal will be posted to this review, please remember, this company is not honest or honorable in any way. They get people with their claim to be a christian run company and frankly I find it sicking that they exploit this as a way to earn the trust of unsuspecting customers, or in their case victims.

First and most importantly, as far as using being a Christian, I am sorry he thinks that way. I am a very proud Christian and tell everyone as he wants us to. I am sorry that he is upset. He was told from the beginning that moving a trailer on a car hauler is difficult and we would try our best. I did not tell him he had to raise the price, he asked what would make it go faster and was told more money. I understand it is frustrating, very much so. But when you are moving a vehicle, regardless of who you move it with. The price is directly proportionate to how fast it gets picked up.That is why our price on your quote is a suggested price. We price the move at a suggested price that is figured from the average of prices that are being moved at the time of the quote. We try to tell every customer this. I do not believe this is being dishonest in any way. If anyone will call us, I assure you we are not dishonest in any way. Rob was told all this but he insisted on screaming at us and ranting. I did not lose my temper in any way with him. He was told the same thing that I am telling you and we said this many many times while trying to be patient with a customer. When he would not stop yelling and threatening, I told him multiple times that I would have to hang up if he did not calm down. I am sorry to say that I had to hang up. If any one reading this has dealt with upset customers before, I am sure you understand why I would have to pick a point that the ranting must stop. On time he left me a message, which I still have saved, that was almost 4 minutes of this. Again I am truly sorry that this did not work out. I did refund his deposit as he requested. I will always do that if we do not get you car moved within the 1-10 business days.
