I used Webster to help me move a pick-up truck I inherited, from my parents house in Missouri, to my house in Iowa. I was in no particular hurry to ship the truck, and Webster gave me the best choice with price. When any question came up about the shipping, even before I made the order, Wayne sent me a response the next day. Once the order was placed, I waited for the truck to be dispatched, which was about 10 days later. I was then contacted by the shippers about an estimated time for picking up the truck, which was only about a week later. Again, I was in no hurry to ship as it was at my mother's house. At the pick-up time, Mark called when he was about 2 hours away, then again when he was 15 minutes away. In this case I was his contact, so I called my Mom to get the truck to the pick-up point (a truck stop on the highway) as the semi that the shipper uses could not get down the farm road Mom lives on. I have to say that the professionalism from Mark made all the difference. He handled the move so smooth that my uneasiness over shipping the old pick-up was smoothed over very quickly. I would recommend using Websters, and will look them up again if I ever need to ship again.
