let me start by saying my overall experience with Webster was fantasic and i would most certainly use them again. Here's how it went for me:
I initially went with Webster because they had the best rates, I also know that sometimes good rates might mean poor service. Gladly this was not the case with Webster.
I spoke with Desiree when initially placing my order, she was very friendly and answerd any questions I had including punctuallity, she said there could be a 10 day window from earliest pickup date but that they would do their best with the initial pickup date. I was concerned with this because of the inconvenience factor. For me a ten day window would mean some sort of contingency plan and rescheduling certain things like signing the lease on the house I would be moving into amongst other things, but i digress, I appreciated their honesty about it and it was the only thing that had me a little angsty about using them.
I definitely like that they were accessible and friendly, and kept me updated via email. I even spoke to Mr. Webster about a problem on my end and he was very friendly and helpfull.
The company that did the actual transport was Casas Transportation owned and operated by a gentleman named Mason. I can't say enough good things about the excellent service he provided, very nice guy. We had constant communication in the days leading up to the pickup. Two days before the pickup date one of my two cars to be transported would not start, Mason said no worries he had a winch he also said there was a 'winch fee' but he would waive it. I thought that was an extremely nice gesture and this relieved a lot of stress I was having over my overall move in general.
When Mason got to my house he actually got my car started. He discovered that the terminals were lose on my battery cables creating a poor connection. Afer that it was smooth sailing.
To sum it up my 2 vehichles were transported from Sacramento, CA to Las Vegas NV for $850.00, they came 1 day after the earliest pickup date due to a mechanical problem with Casas Transportation's truck (these things do happen). They were friendly and accomodating, vehicles were recieved within 24hrs of pickup, there was no damage and nothing was stolen out of the vehicles.
I would say overall it was a very good experience and I would use them again and recommend them if you can deal with the possibility of a delay.
