Absolutely DO NOT USE!

Ipurchased a car off of eBay in Pennsylvania to be delivered to Oklahoma.

I got a quote from them on 6/14, and placed the order on 6/15. It was all through email, and I followed a link on their email to pay using paypal. They took out the deposit almost immediately. However, I did not hear anything else from them for one week. I called them after a week, and they gave me this little speech how it is so hard to get drivers, and by paying a deposit I agreed to a 10 business day contract. NO WHERE did I ever see anything saying I would agree to giving them 10 days. In their emails it says most cars are "picked up in 1 to 10 days" but never that you agree to give them ten days.

Mycar sat there the 10 business days (which is 2 weeks!) and then another week, while we waited for them to get their stuff together. NEVER HAPPENED! Also, there was never any communication. Never a call even stating they were trying to work on it. Nothing. I called them constantly, trying to get something figured out. They always gave me the same old song and dance, though. No driver, not enough time, blah, blah, blah.

Of course by now, the people I had bought the car from wanted the car out as soon as possible. They were very nice, but the car had sat there a month. It was just a hassle. Definetly a horrible inconveince for anyone on a tight time line.

I got fed up. I called Chris at Direct Auto Movers. He was awesome. Got my car picked up very quickly, even over the 4th of July weekend.

Bottom line, Webster had
-Horrible communication
-Misleading "contracts" that were never shown
-Every excuse in the book

In the email it does say that most are picked up within 1-10 business days. That is the average time at the average price. On this move we failed to get the job done in time and refunded the full deposit at the customer request. We do try and keep the price low and still move your vehicle in a timely manner. The move of a vehicle is directly proportionate to the price. The cars that pay more are moved first and least move last. We try to explain this to all that call, however, somehow we missed explaining this to Faith. Thank you for you understanding
