I accepted the quote and paid the deposit on may 30th. They took the deposit immediately and then I never heard from them. I could not call because I was out of the USA and assigned a friend of mine to pick up the car. I've sent more than seven emails with no response ever. The contract as shown in their web says the deposit will be refunded if 30 days has passed without picking up the car. I am sorry that I trusted them but they never deserve it either from me or from anybody else. Walk a mile in my shoes, try renting a car for much longer than you expect and spend your time waiting for a response from the transporter whom you trusted and tell me how do you feel. Until this moment they have neither shipped my car nor returned the deposit to assign another transporter. Most importantly, I am really embarrassed of my friend who are waiting them to pick up the car as well.

The customer did not hear from us because the number we have from him was a phone number that does not receive incoming calls. We have emailed and tried calling the delivery number also and no response. I canceled this order a week in due to no response from customer for pickup.
