I needed a vehicle shipped w/in 10 days of the transaction. The date specified allowed for that- I closely monitored the progress and 3 days into it they moved the pick up date another 10 days out- and demanded more money to pick it up sooner. I pressed them for more info like how many days in advance they would id the hauler so I could provide a release get proof of insurance. There response was that I was being unreasonable - irrational for wanting to see proof of insurance. The series of calls ended with one of the Webster associates screaming at me for being "rude" to them. Suffice to say I have contacted both paypal and my credit card to freeze this transaction. I am disputing the transaction and expecting a refund. If you care at all about what you are delivering, look else where.

I am sorry to say that some people will never be satisfied no matter how hard we try. We do try very hard, however this situation and customer would not allow us any discussion whatsoever. I am truly sorry he feels this way. This customers order was placed on the 4th with the first date the vehicle would be available on the 9th. The customer called on the 9th and asked us to give him and exact date and information on the pickup and we informed him that we did not have it yet, as this was the first day it was available. We would let him know when we had the information. I tried many, many times to explain to him that when to truck was scheduled we would give him the phone number. He would cut us off in the conversation every time we tried to explain. I asked him very politely many times to please let me explain how this service works, and he refused to allow us to finish a sentence while raising his voice.
