The service was perhaps better than Express Auto Transport, with whom I originally contracted and made a deposit, but cancelled after they were unable to pick my truck up. The vehicle was available for pickup the day I paypal'ed my deposit to Webster's, 2008 February 26. Delivery was June twenty-something-eth, about 4 months later. Cost was exactly $200 over original quote. Truck was delivered 323 miles short of the original contracted destination. I have documentation of all these numbers. I understand that Mr. Webster suffered some extreme personal losses due to natural disaster around the time my truck should have been picked up. I understand that costs of transport changed in the 4 months that the truck was waiting. I understand that the destination was a little off the beaten track (but the destination is on a US highway, 30 miles from Durango, CO). Mr. Webster will probably point out that I agreed to the final destination, which I did, but only for lack of a better choice. Nevertheless, I would be quite reluctant to use his services again.

Yes, everything in here was true. It did take a long time to get moved. I told the customer in the very beginning that it would due to the facts that it was going to a very out of the way location and that he wanted to keep the price down. There are some circumstances that make the transport take longer. I can not control them. Thanks and God Bless.
