I found this company when doing an internet search for quotes of car transporters. I was emailed a very nice quote and called them immediately to discuss the quote and for information on adding an additional vehicle. After our discussion I was quoted a cost of 1500.00 for both vehicles and was advised the rate was gaurenteed if I made the deposit of 250.00 immediately. I felt a little pressured, but happily paid the fee. Afterall, they advertised they were a family owned Christian company that had been in business for years!

I was in no hurry to receive the vehicles, but was advised they would be shipped within 10 business days from June 1st. We patiently waited the 10 business days and contacted them once or twice for status updates and was told they were working on it, but we needed to give them the 10 business days. On the 11th business day, we called again and were told they were still working on it and hoped to have someone out there soon. This has went on for several weeks, over a month now and not once have they ever reached out to us. We have to call them each week for an update and are given the run around and excuses, but nonetheless we have tried to be patient and work with them.

Today was the last straw, I called and was advised that the cost has been increased from the 1500.00 I was gaurenteed to 2250.00, but not to worry I'd only have to pay 2000.00 as they would apply my non-refunable deposit to the cost! Seriously! I'm livid, to summerize... After over a month of waiting, I have to pay more money for a service which has not delivered, even though I did my due diligence and paid the deposit to lock in my rate. I feel scammed! No thank you, I'll be disputing the charge, contacting the BBB and letting everyone know in my large corporation of the negative experience I've received with Webster. Stay away!!!

First off, all deposits are refundable if the vehicle is not scheduled for pickup within 1-10 business days. We offer a refund or to list price to include deposit to pay the carrier. The price quote was expired and had gone up from May to the price in June. We explained the process to the customer and was told that they were in no hurry to get done. The customer opted to list at a lower price than some of the other vehicles were moving at. This does cause a delay and sometimes not to get picked up at all. When customer was calling back and had a deadline we told them what it would take to make the move right away, we listed to get direct price and had a carrier that would pickup at a total of 2000. Customer declined and we refunded deposit as requested. We are sorry the customer is upset as we do try to make everyone happy. Thank you and God Bless.
